Click "Launch" to open each app. On the iPhone, hit + Add to Home Screen to create an icon and launcher for the web app. If the app doesn't require internet, you can now run the app offline.
Frankly, the Mac lock-down is too restrictive. I don't want to use Objective-C, and I don't want to develop on OSX. HTML5 is powerful, so I've decided to focus on web-apps from now on.
